South Mountain Social - "With The Beatles" - April 24th

Talk about time travel - the club members that attended the South Mountain show on April 24th, went through the time tunnel and came out back in the early 60's with a show provided by the Beatles.

According to our resident musical instrument specialist; George Royle - the guitars, amps and drums were the same brands and styles used by the original Beatles.  Therefore their musical sound was bang on.  Every song they played was, note-for-note, the same as we have been accustomed to over the years.  Their clothing was exact, and their vocals were unbelievable.  The Fab Four's mannerisms were re-created down to their stances and head movements - heck Paul was even left handed. Those that were skeptic about watching some "imitation band" were duly impressed.  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Many thanks to Bob Weagant and the South Mountain Lions club for putting on such a wonderful evening with the entertainment and great food. Now... back to the present.
